AIP LuxOrb Panel Lux Ceiling has a classical corrugated appearance and provides an all-in-one solution of roofing, insulation and ceiling. With superior spanning capabilities compared to traditional roofing products, LuxOrb Panel Lux Ceiling is the cost effective and time efficient solution to your roofing and / or patio project.

AIP Orb consists of three main components :

• a durable steel roof sheet

• a choice of four (4) insulated core options, Expanded Polystyrene Fire Retardant Grade (EPS-FR), Thermosetting Phenolic Composite (TPC), Mineral Wool (MW) and DualCore (DC), to suit the specific requirements of your project

• a smooth, easy to clean ceiling finish, bonded together from the factory

LuxOrb Panel Lux Ceiling comes with foam profiled to match the corrugations – this reduces corrosion and stops vermin from entering the cavity.

The different alternative cores offer a high R-Values for thermal efficiency, excellent sound dampening properties and different Fire Ratings. A range of panel thicknesses are available from 50mm up to 200mm with superior spanning capabilities compared to traditional roofing products, AIP Orb helps you create the perfect outdoor lifestyle.

LuxOrb Panel Lux Ceiling -TPC has obtained Factory Mutual Certificate of Compliance covering FM4880, FM4881, FM4882 and FM4471.
